Housing Steps:

Step 1 (1-2 months)
Designed to orient and adjust residents to our
recovery community.  They begin by gaining
employment, creating a support network, identifying
support meetings, and securing aftercare counseling.

Step 2 (3-5 months)
Designed to acclimate residents to increased
flexibility, such as, extended curfews and leaves of
absence.  Residents focus on balancing their recovery
efforts within a family atmosphere.

Step 3 (6+ months)
Designed to encourage residents to work as a
team/family to develop household structure, rules,
and procedures.  Step 3 offers increased
independence within a safe environment.

Step 4 (12+ months)
Designed to develop personal responsibility through a
household environment that encourages financial and
decision-making freedom.

Step 5 (24+ months)
Designed to establish home ownership and to focus
on future financial stability.
